Joey

Our sweet Joey Boy. We were lucky enough to have you for 6 great years! You were such a loving dog. You loved to sit and cuddle on the couch. You were a great little traveler when we drove from Canada to California. You were such a great big brother to Little Nelly. Even if when she first came into the family, she was a excited little puppy! You always went outside when she "asked" you. You were so patient. You loved sitting outside in the sunshine. When the twins came, you were so tolerant and gentle. We were so blessed to have you as part of our family. Now you rest under the laural tree up at "grandma and grandpas". There you can sit in the sunshine. We buried you with your favorite Curious George pillow and wrapped you in your green blanket. Every day we will miss you. But it gives us peace to know you are prancing in the clouds and still enjoying the sunshine. We love you Jo-Jo's.

Uniqueness

I hope to teach my children that they are individuals, unique in their own way. Be who you are. Be silly when life gets too serious. Have fun. Everyone is imperfect. Imperfections to us, is perfection in God's eyes. Stay grounded. Remember who you are, don't change that for friends, corporate worlds or spouses. You will leave a defining mark in this world, that is all your own. I love that about you!
You are Unique!

You are reserved, cautious, joyful

You have a freckle on your right foot, second toe. It's adorable!

You are curious, outgoing, determined

You have a scar on the right side of your chest. A scar that will always be there. That reminds me everyday, because of that scar, your life was saved! It's beautiful!

Sawyer Kelly

My Sawyer Boy. Or as I call you...Buggy or Buggy Boy or as we sometimes say.. Soy Boy, or as daddy says Soy Bean! You have so many great and loving nicknames. One that comes to mind is, little fighter. You were so tiny, yet today you are bigger than your sister and are meeting milestones by leaps and bounds! You are my high maintenance baby, but for the most part I don't mind a bit. Our mama/son bond is strong. You love having mama cuddles. You are vocal, but in your own special way. Not so much loud, just very inquisitive. You are a mover and a shaker. You love to move, rock, bounce, walk, whatever, as long as you're moving! You are a smile machine. You are social with your smiles, giving one away at every hello! I love your dimple. You get that from your daddy. You don't sleep through the night yet, still need some mama cuddles at night. Which I am usually happy to do! You are very cautious when it comes to eating your solid foods. You adore nursing! You crawl now...which makes you even more curious about the world around you. You are my brave boy. You make me laugh. You make my heart glow. You inspire me. You motivate me. You calm me. I am so proud of you. I love you.

Libby Patricia

My little Libby girl. You are my mellow baby. You love to have happy screams and stick out your tongue. You are not a cuddler, though as time passes you are deciding that a good mama or daddy cuddle isn't so bad. You are a great sleeper - at night! You have slept through the night since you were about 6 months old. During the day..you are all about the catnaps. You love your solid foods, especially the rice biscuits. You dislike it when eating time is over. You are a good nurser, but very soft and gentle. Just like your personality. You do things in your time. Slow and steady wins the race. You are an observer. You love to see the dogs and scream and laugh when you do. You love to play with the beanie Giraffe on the changing table. I love your smiles. When you smile at me from across it room it melts my heart. You are very textile. You love to gently touch and pet things with your tiny hands. You love to shake anything, whether it makes noise or not. You are my sweet, blue eyed girl. I am so in love with you. You make me laugh. You make my heart smile. Every day you amaze me. You inspire me. You encourage me. You are my little flower. I love you.

Pictures Pictures Pictures

Just a mini update... kids got their 3rd round of RSV shots. Yucky...with a new gal. Mommy didnt like her. But on the upside Libby finally made it past the 10 lbs mark! Libby 11lbs 5oz and Sawyer 12lbs 12oz 25in. Libby didnt get measured because Sawyer had another Dr appt where they measured him. Hard to believe that Sawyer was almost half his length now at birth! WOW!
His lung Dr did say that he wanted Sawyer to eat more solids so he can bulk up. But our Peds Dr. isnt concerned, so neither am I. Sad to think I will be ending nursing soon. It was a big struggle, but so worth it! I love every minute I get to nurse them. :)
